This policy describes how photos and videos of players may appear on this website and the team's associated social media channels.

• Team photos, game photos, tournament photos, and videos may be published to celebrate team activities and player development.
• Parents may opt out of having their child featured at any time.
• Reasonable efforts will be made to remove content upon request.
• Content exists solely to celebrate player development and team achievements.
• No private information about minors will be shared.
• We never publish addresses, schools, phone numbers, emails, medical information, or any other sensitive personal information about players or their families.
